This report is as brief as Prestwick's charge to full points scoring the required 81 runs in a matter of 7.2 overs although the rain did not help!
Ali Crawford's 29 from 14 balls was overshadowed by Archie McDonald's 36 in reply from 16 balls and every Prestwick batsman bar one plundered Accies' bowling at a run a ball or more. Admittedly the Prestwick batting and bowling attack was far more experienced with two Scotland U17/U19 players plus another couple that had played SNCL cricket whilst Accies had five U15's in the team. Having said that the U15's performed well with Euan Crawford and George Clark bagging a couple of scalps each.
The better team [of 9] won convincingly.
